Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have expertise in plastic quality inspection and a robust understanding of quality control processes. This role involves conducting quality checks on raw materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with the production team to address quality issues.

Job Requirements:
Expertise in plastic quality inspection
Knowledge of quality control processes and best practices
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Experience with measurement tools and inspection equipment
Solid understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements




Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and reports
Valuable communication skills to collaborate with production teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of ISO and other quality standards

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct quality checks and inspections on raw materials and finished products
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Identify and report defective products, suggesting corrective actions
Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues
Utilize measurement tools and inspection equipment for precision testing
Implement quality control procedures to improve efficiency and minimize defects
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance quality assurance processes
Ensure adherence to ISO and regulatory requirements
