Role Description The Mathematics Curriculum and Content Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role involves designing and developing high-quality mathematics curriculum content for various academic levels and competitive exams. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating lesson plans, assessment items, textbook and solution content, and digital learning materials such as video scripts and interactive exercises.

The specialist collaborates with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and editors to ensure accuracy, alignment with educational standards, and learner-friendly presentation. The role also includes reviewing existing materials,



incorporating feedback from educators and learners, and continuously improving content to support effective teaching and learning.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mathematics, preferably with a degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in curriculum design and academic content development for schools, universities, or competitive examinations.
- Ability to create clear explanations, step-by-step solutions, and varied assessment questions tailored to different learner levels.
- Proficiency in written English and academic writing, with attention to clarity, structure, and consistency.
- Skill in reviewing and proofreading mathematical content to ensure conceptual accuracy and error-free presentation.
- Comfort with using digital tools for content creation (e.g., LaTeX, MS Office, Google Workspace) and basic familiarity with e-learning platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts into accessible learning units.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Chandigarh and meet deadlines in a fast-paced content production setting.
