Job Title: Marketplace Associate

Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketplace Associate to manage and grow our presence across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. You’ll own catalogue management, ads, and performance to drive visibility, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize product listings and catalogue quality
- Run and scale marketplace ads (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Track performance (CTR, ROAS, conversions) and improve outcomes
- Handle day-to-day marketplace operations and account health
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities
- Support onboarding of new marketplaces

Requirements

- 1–3 years in marketplace/ecommerce (D2C preferred)
- Strong understanding of listings and ads
- Data-driven with positive Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Detail-oriented with strong execution ability
