About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Associate Marketing Strategist to lead and drive the company's marketing strategy, brand positioning, digital initiatives, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in strategic marketing, digital marketing, brand management, and team leadership, with a good understanding of the design materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead the planning, execution, and performance measurement of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage and guide the marketing team, ensuring effective execution and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Drive digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, and online campaigns.
- Develop strategies to strengthen brand visibility, positioning, awareness, and market presence. • Plan and oversee branding activities, exhibitions, events, launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities. • Work closely with Sales, Product, Design,



and Business Development teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business requirements. • Contribute to product marketing, communication strategies, and go-to-market initiatives. • Develop and manage marketing budgets while ensuring optimum ROI from marketing investments. • Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, digital platforms, customer behavior, and industry developments.

Key Requirements

- 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, or strategic marketing.
- Strong experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a marketing team.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, branding, content marketing, and events.
- Excellent understanding of market research, consumer behavior, competitor analysis, and marketing analytics.
- Experience in the design materials / building materials industry such as veneers, laminates, tiles, ACP, panels, plywood, surfaces, or related products will be preferred.
- Good understanding of product categories, customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape within the design materials industry.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
