Role Description The Marketing Manager (Performance, WhatsApp & Instagram Marketing) will lead the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for MagickWorld. This full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur involves planning and optimizing paid and organic campaigns on Instagram, managing WhatsApp marketing flows and broadcasts, and coordinating CRM journeys across these channels. The role includes daily monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, audience segmentation, A/B testing creatives and messages, and collaborating with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.

The Marketing





Manager will also be responsible for building and nurturing the parent community, improving conversion funnels, and preparing regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications

- Strong performance marketing skills, including planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across social media and mobile channels.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram marketing, including content collaboration, audience targeting, and campaign analytics.
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing, including setting up flows, broadcasts, engagement journeys, and list segmentation.
- Ability to interpret marketing data, build dashboards, and translate metrics into clear, actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and remarketing strategies to drive retention and lifetime value.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with content, design, and product teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
- Prior experience in consumer-facing or community-focused brands, ideally in lifestyle, travel, parenting, or D2C segments.
- Comfort with on-site work in Jaipur and willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving business needs.
