About the RoleDreamPi is looking for a Marketing Manager who doesn't just want a job managing pages, but wants to build communities.

Music is our media venture, home to the latest movie music from Tollywood, Bollywood, and the independent scene, reaching listeners pan-India. We're looking for someone enthusiastic enough to make these pages feel alive — someone who'll drive the strategy behind them, not just execute it. This role sits close to the action, working directly out of the founders' office, shaping how Zinema Music shows up and grows.

- Zinema Music's Hindi Chapter
- Zinema Music's Tamil Chapter
- Zinema Music's Indie Chapter
- Zinema Music's Flagship Chapter

These aren't just pages to post on — they're communities to build. You'll shape how each chapter grows across YouTube and Instagram, planning content around new movie music releases and running paid promotions on Google Ads and Meta Ads to bring the right audience in. You'll also lead Zinema Music's community presence on Instagram and WhatsApp, building and nurturing WhatsApp communities that keep our youth audience close between releases. What We're Looking For





- 2–4 years of experience managing social media pages/channels for a brand, media company, or entertainment property, with real ownership of strategy and execution.
- Strong understanding of the Tollywood and Bollywood industries — release cycles, fan culture, and what makes music content travel in each market.
- Hands-on experience running paid promotions on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with the ability to read performance data and adjust campaigns.
- Proven track record growing and posting on YouTube and Instagram for a brand or publisher.
- Experience building and managing community channels — Instagram community features and WhatsApp communities in particular.
- A pulse on youth culture and what resonates with a young, pan-India audience.
- Enthusiasm to build something from the ground up, and comfort working in office in Chennai, full-time, in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
