Notice Period : Immediate Joiner The Marketing Operations Manager plays a key role on the team and manage email marketing programs to build Business brand awareness and adoption. This individual will

- manage the day-to-day execution and bar raising of global email campaigns,
- act as a liaison between marketing teams and brand to identify, scope, and gather campaign requirements, and
- support global strategies to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of email communications. They will collaborate across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize projects.

Key job responsibilities

- Ensure organizational adherence to WW channel best practices,



along with proper platform management and upkeep.
- Collect and verify collateral from multiple stakeholders, ensure deadlines are met, clearly define responsibilities, and track as well as summarize progress.
- Compile, analyze, and present operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving campaign impact and streamlining processes.
- Support the build and maintenance of standards and systems for knowledge management (e.g., SOPs, best practices, processes).
- Track email best practices, industry trends, and make proactive recommendations
