Position Overview: The Marketing Manager is responsible for online guest bookings, OTA relationships, and brand reputation management. Minimum Experience of 8 years in the same industry is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of guest bookings, ensuring a seamless reservation process from inquiry to check-out.
- Implement strategies to optimise booking conversions and maximise occupancy rates across properties.
- Monitor booking platforms and channels to stay informed about availability, rates, and guest preferences.
- Cultivate and maintain robust partnerships with online travel agencies, negotiating contracts and securing advantageous placements.
- Collaborate with OTAs to develop promotional campaigns, special offers,
and packages to attract guests and drive bookings.
- Monitor OTA performance metrics and provide regular reports to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback, resolving issues and addressing concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to encourage positive reviews and testimonials, leveraging satisfied guests as brand advocates.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a wellness establishment is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a focus on online bookings and OTA management.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
