What we’re looking for

We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive/Senior Marketing Executive who is passionate about content creation and storytelling. If you're someone who enjoys coming up with ideas, creating engaging content for social media, keeping up with trends, and wants to build a career in marketing, we'd love to hear from you. You'll work closely within the marketing team to create content, execute campaigns, support events, and help grow the wrkwrk brand across digital and offline channels.

What you’ll be doing

Content Creation & Social Media

● Own the content strategy and content calendar across social media, website, email, and other relevant channels, with a clear understanding of what to post, where to post, and when to post.

● Envision and drive the wrkwrk brand narrative, translating the brand's positioning, personality, and offerings into relevant and engaging content.

● Willing to own the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation and planning to execution.

● Write robust, engaging copy and content snippets for social media, website, emailers, brochures, and other marketing collateral

● Coordinate with designers, photographers, and video editors to bring content ideas to life, as and when necessary.

● Assist in planning and managing the content calendar.

● Stay updated with social media trends, pop culture, and industry insights to create relevant and engaging content.

● Capture photos and videos during events, community activities, and day-to-day moments for use across marketing channels.

● Stay updated with social media trends, pop culture, industry developments, and emerging content formats,



while identifying opportunities relevant to wrkwrk.

● Ensure all content consistently reflects the wrkwrk brand voice, tone, positioning, and visual identity.

● Monitor content performance and continuously identify ways to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.

● Proficiency in using AI tools for content ideation, research, copywriting, content creation, editing, analysis, and improving marketing workflows. Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, or similar platforms is preferred.

Marketing Campaign Support

● Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns in line with business and brand objectives.

● Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and coordination across relevant channels and stakeholders.

● Define and track key campaign KPIs such as engagement, reach, leads, conversions, and sale/occupancy of inventory.

● Analyse campaign effectiveness and prepare actionable reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations.

● Have a working understanding of performance marketing and experience in handling or supporting campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.

● Support promotional activities and ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall content and brand strategy.

Events & Community

● Assist in planning and executing community events, activations, and brand experiences.

● Create engaging pre-event, live, and post-event content to maximise visibility and engagement.

● Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, photographers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Website & Digital Marketing

● Understand the fundamentals of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, content optimisation, and search performance.

● Assist in updating website content, landing pages, blogs, and other digital assets with SEO best practices in mind.

● Support email marketing and WhatsApp communication.





● Help maintain marketing assets, content repositories, and relevant databases.

Market Research

● Keep track of competitors, industry trends, customer behaviour, and emerging marketing opportunities.

● Conduct relevant research to identify content ideas, campaign opportunities, and ways to strengthen the wrkwrk brand.

● Develop the ability to independently understand and articulate what wrkwrk stands for, who we are speaking to, and what narrative we want to build.

Reporting & Coordination

● Maintain content calendars, campaign trackers, marketing documentation, and performance dashboards.

● Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

What you need to bring to the table

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, social media, or a similar role.
- Experience with brands, agencies, coworking, real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or community-driven businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in content creation, copywriting, social media strategy, content calendars, and brand storytelling. A strong portfolio is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with 100% proficiency in English. Proficiency in Kannada and Tulu will be a big plus.
- Strong creative thinking, a keen understanding of trends, and the ability to identify and drive the brand narrative independently.
- Must be a fast learner and self-starter with a high level of ownership, as the role requires someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training.
