Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Executive at TickoraDesk.

The Marketing

Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote the platform, drive qualified leads, and strengthen brand awareness in target markets.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor insights, and contributing to go-to-market strategies for recent features and product updates. The role involves collaborating with sales and product teams, preparing marketing collateral, managing digital channels,



and tracking campaign performance to optimize results.

The Marketing

Executive is expected to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, maintain consistent messaging, and support initiatives that position TickoraDesk as a leading customer support solution.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Market Planning and Market Research to support data-driven marketing decisions.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate across teams and represent the brand effectively.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM or marketing automation software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach to campaign execution.
- Experience in SaaS or customer support technology markets is an advantage.
