We are looking for an energetic and confident Political Digital Marketing Executive who can build relationships with political leaders, collect exclusive political content, promote SIWIC on social media and generate business opportunities.

The person in this role will be expected to build a political network, communicate with leaders, acquire content, promote SIWIC and generate measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities1. Political Leader Networking

- Identify political leaders, public representatives, aspiring leaders and politically influential persons.
- Build professional relationships with political leaders and their teams.
- Contact leaders through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and personal meetings where possible.
- Encourage leaders to join SIWIC and create their digital presence.
- Maintain continuous relationships with onboarded leaders.

2. Political Content Acquisition
- Collect exclusive videos from political leaders for publication on SIWIC.
- Obtain speeches, public meetings, interviews, debates, campaign activities, development activities and political messages.
- Coordinate with leaders to obtain high-quality original video content.
- Encourage leaders to share published SIWIC content with their followers.

3. Political Leader Onboarding
- Promote the "Join as Leader" facility of SIWIC.
- Onboard new political leaders every month.
- Build and maintain an individual network of political leaders.




- Maintain accurate leader contact and activity records.

4. Social Media Branding

Promote SIWIC through

- Instagram
- Facebook
- YouTube
- X
- WhatsApp
- Other relevant social platforms

Responsibilities include:
- Reels
- Short videos
- Political content
- SIWIC promotional content
- Leader-focused content
- News-card promotion
- Campaigns and engagement activities

Performance Expectations

Performance will be measured through a separate monthly KPI/Target structure.

Key areas include

- New political leaders onboarded
- Exclusive political videos acquired
- Engagement generated by leader content
- Social media reach and engagement
- Website traffic generated
- Marketing leads generated
- Advertising/business revenue generated
- Quality of political network developed
- Documentation and reporting

The company may revise monthly targets based on business requirements and growth.

Important

Political contacts and networking ability are more important for this role than simply knowing how to post on Instagram.

- Councillors

- Party leaders
- Contesting candidates
- Youth leaders
- Political organizations
- Local influencers

will have an advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Lead generation and follow-up skills
- Valuable Telugu/Hindi/English communication skills is an advantage
- Basic Canva/video editing knowledge is an advantage




- Ability to maintain Excel/Google Sheets/Google Drive records

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

However, communication skills, networking ability and political contacts will be given more importance than academic qualification.
