Role OverviewWe are looking for a Marketing Executive to manage and strengthen our digital presence and support our lead-generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and regularly update the Syndicate Machines website, including machine listings, content and landing pages.
- Manage the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Plan, create and schedule social media content, including machine posts, reels and company updates.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor advertising budgets, keywords, audiences, leads, CTR, CPC and overall campaign performance.
- Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Coordinate with website developers, designers and external marketing agencies where required.




- Assist with lead-generation campaigns and landing pages.
- Coordinate with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and improve campaigns.
- Assist in creating brochures, presentations, exhibition creatives and other marketing collateral.
- Prepare monthly reports covering website traffic, leads, paid campaigns and social media performance.
- Research competitors, industry trends and new digital marketing opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of SEO, website management and Google Analytics.
- Comfortable managing multiple social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to understand the B2B industrial machinery sector.
- Ability to independently manage tasks and coordinate with external agencies/vendors.

Experience in B2B, manufacturing, industrial products or machinery marketing would be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond simply posting on social media. The ideal candidate should be able to understand what is driving traffic, what is generating leads, where our marketing budget is being spent, and how our digital presence and campaigns can continuously be improved.

This is a full-time, in-office role at Rabale, Navi Mumbai.
