RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and tech-savvy Marketing Intern who is eager to build a career in B2B marketing, business development, and digital outreach. This internship provides hands-on experience in lead generation, CRM management, email marketing, LinkedIn prospecting, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Research target companies across different industries. Identify decision-makers using LinkedIn, company websites, and other online resources.
1. Build high-quality prospect lists for marketing campaigns.

Find accurate business contact information including email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles. Keep prospect databases updated with the latest information.
1. CRM & Contact Database Management

Maintain and regularly update the company's contact database. Organize and categorize prospects based on industry, geography, and business function.

Ensure data accuracy by validating and enriching existing records.

Remove duplicate or outdated information from CRM systems and spreadsheets.

1. Email Marketing & Outreach

Execute personalized email campaigns to prospective clients. Schedule follow-up emails based on campaign responses.

Track email performance and maintain follow-up schedules.





Maintain records of conversations and outreach activities.

1. LinkedIn Outreach

Prospect potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and standard LinkedIn searches. Connect with relevant decision-makers professionally.

Assist in managing LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

Monitor responses and maintain follow-up pipelines.

1. Social Media Marketing

Create and schedule posts across LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Assist in creating engaging marketing content.

Support branding initiatives by sharing company updates, blogs, case studies, and industry insights.

Monitor engagement and suggest ideas to improve reach and visibility.

1. Market Research

Research industries, competitors, and market trends. Identify new business opportunities.

Support campaign planning with market intelligence.

Prepare simple research reports and prospect summaries.

1. Marketing Operations

Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials. Help improve marketing workflows using AI and automation tools where applicable.

Perform additional marketing and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to conduct internet research efficiently.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Ability to learn new software and digital tools quickly.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.




- Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Strong Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting
