About LAA Organics

LAA Organics is a growing premium natural foods and spices brand from Assam, offering a range of natural food products, spices, superfoods, powders, pickles and wellness products.

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Executives (Male/Female) to join our growing team and help expand our presence across the FMCG market.

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting LAA Organics products, developing market relationships, identifying new sales opportunities and supporting the company's growth in the FMCG segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and market LAA Organics products in the assigned market.
- Visit retailers, distributors, supermarkets, grocery stores and other FMCG outlets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and business partners.
- Identify new customers, retailers and distribution opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Explain product features, pricing and benefits to retailers and customers.
- Support distributor and retailer onboarding.
- Collect market feedback regarding products, pricing and competitors.
- Monitor competitor products and market activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and market-development targets.
- Maintain regular reports of market visits,



leads and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for orders, product availability and customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Male/Female candidates can apply.
- FMCG industry knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG sales/marketing, retail sales or field marketing will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales and marketing may also apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of the local market and retail network.
- Ability to communicate confidently with retailers and customers.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Assamese/Hindi/English will be an advantage.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Conveyance

Salary will depend on experience, skills and suitability for the position.
