About the role

I run a marketing automation practice serving clients across India and abroad. I'm looking for a reliable executor who can take ownership of day-to-day builds and free me up to focus on strategy and clients. You won't be doing everything alone — you'll be executing proven systems accurately and on time.

What you'll do

- Build and manage workflows, pipelines, funnels, and automations in GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Set up and manage cold email campaigns — domains, inboxes, warmup, sequences (Instantly / Smartlead / QuickMail)
- Build and edit landing pages and websites (GHL builder, WordPress/Elementor)
- Set up email, SMS, and WhatsApp automation sequences
- Handle integrations between tools (Zapier / Make / n8n)
- Keep tasks updated and document your work clearly

What I'm looking for





- Minimum 6 months hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (must be able to build a multi-step automation without a tutorial)
- Familiarity with cold email tools and how deliverability works
- Comfortable building/editing pages
- Organized, detail-oriented, and follows SOPs precisely
- Valuable written English and clear communication
- Available during working hours for coordination

Nice to have

- Experience with Zapier/Make/n8n
- Basic design sense for landing pages
- Prior agency or freelance experience
