Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Sales Executive Intern/Fresher to join our Sales & Business Development team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, reaching out to prospects, understanding their business requirements, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into clients.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in IT Sales, Business Development, Client Handling, and B2B Sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B customers and prospects.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, online platforms, and other channels.
- Contact prospective clients and introduce the company's IT products/services.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable IT solutions.
- Schedule meetings, product demos, and discussions with potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain and update lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical/project team to understand client requirements.
- Prepare and share basic proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and update lead status regularly.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients.

Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English and Hindi
- Confident and professional communication with clients.
- Interest in IT Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development.




- Basic understanding of computers and IT products/services.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with calling and communicating with new prospects.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn CRM and sales tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of any of the following will be an advantage:

- CRM tools such as Bitrix24, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- LinkedIn lead generation
