Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries from potential customers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed product information, including pricing, specifications, and promotions.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our jewellery collections and offerings.
Process orders accurately and efficiently in line with company policies.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to align sales strategies.
Manage customer databases, track sales leads, and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
