Job Title:

Business Development Manager (BDM) – Events

Location:

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop current business opportunities in the events and experiential marketing space.
Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and brands.
Pitch event concepts, customized proposals, and solutions aligned with client objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking functions.




Prepare business development reports and forecasts for senior management.
Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
3–7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the events or media industry.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent network within corporates, agencies, and event buyers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
