About The Role
TruScalar AI Services is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Manager Cloud Sales to lead and drive our cloud business growth across PAN India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cloud sales, team leadership, and business development, with a proven track record of managing key accounts, closing enterprise deals, and building high-performing sales teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a pan-India cloud sales team to achieve organizational targets.
Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and drive team productivity and accountability.




Build and scale a high-performing sales team across multiple regions in India.
Sales & Business Development
Drive Cloud Sales and Business Development initiatives across PAN India markets.
Evaluate market trends and identify current business opportunities for CLOUD solutions across regions.
Handle and manage corporate tie-ups and strategic partnerships at a national level.
Oversee deal creation, negotiation, and closure for enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Client & Account Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients across PAN India.
Retention, enhancement, and deepening of client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
Develop and maintain close rapport with key customers and decision-makers.

Market Intelligence & Strategy
Assess and evaluate the potential of corporate agencies and channel partners across regions.
Gather and analyze competitor intellig
