About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and curious individual to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to marketing, public relations, social media, content, branding and communications across multiple businesses and initiatives. You will work closely with the Founder’s Office and coordinate with external social media, PR, creative and other marketing agencies.

The ideal candidate is someone who is articulate, digitally savvy, proactive and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and an eye for positive content.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing & Agency Coordination: Coordinate with social media, PR, creative and digital agencies on briefs, content, timelines, approvals and deliverables.

- Content & Communications: Assist with LinkedIn, social media, press releases, newsletters, presentations and other marketing and corporate communications.

- PR & Brand Support: Support media outreach, PR initiatives, campaigns, events, launches and brand-building activities across the Group.

- Research & Ideas: Research industry trends, competitors, media opportunities and social media trends; contribute ideas for content, campaigns and brand visibility.

- Execution & Tracking: Maintain content calendars,



marketing trackers and follow-up lists; coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure deliverables are completed on time.

What We Are Looking For

- Articulate and curious, with a genuine interest in marketing, PR, social media, branding and communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Digitally savvy and comfortable using social media, AI tools and modern marketing platforms.
- Creative, organised and detail-oriented, with strong coordination and follow-through skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership, internal teams and external agencies.
- Relevant education or experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field is preferred.

Compensation

₹20,000–30,000 per month, based on skills and experience, with potential for a full-time opportunity based on performance.
