DRYOGA is a wellness-focused organization with an ambitious vision — to help a few hundred thousand people live more balanced, fit, productive and stress-free lives through Yoga, Fitness, Wellness and meaningful personal lifestyle changes.

We operate in a space where Yoga and fitness are available almost everywhere — sometimes professionally, and often without the personalization, engagement and ownership people actually need.

DRYOGA is building a more personalized, engaging, enriching and professionally managed approach to wellness, supported by our own software, applications, systems and processes.

- An Iyengar-affiliated Yoga centre in Punjab, offering specialized therapeutic Yoga programs
- Among the first to introduce Yoga at Amritsar International Airport
- Signature programs including MAT TO MONUMENTS, DESK TO DETOX, FLEX-FLOW, BURN-TONE and more
- In-house technology and processes designed to improve client engagement, tracking and ownership

DRYOGA has been built as a technology-enabled, process-driven wellness enterprise led by an engineer, and we are now ready to grow and multiply what we have built. This is where you come in.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an energetic, confident and proactive:

Partnerships, Events & Brand Growth Associate

This is our first dedicated marketing hire.

You will initially work with guidance and support from the CEO and team. As you understand the business, we expect you to increasingly identify opportunities, suggest ideas and take them from concept to execution.

The role combines partnerships, events, digital campaigns, social-media coordination, community engagement and brand visibility — both offline and online.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Partnerships & Institutional Tie-ups

- Identify and approach institutions, corporates, hospitals,



communities and wellness professionals.
- Meet decision-makers, introduce DRYOGA and develop collaboration opportunities.
- Follow up and help convert opportunities into active partnerships.

2. Events — Offline + Online

- Plan and coordinate workshops, special-day activities, community events, campaigns and online events.
- Own registrations, promotion, execution and post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate with trainers, designers, vendors and internal teams to deliver successful experiences.

3. Digital Campaigns & Online Sales Drives

- Conceptualize and coordinate online campaigns, challenges, WhatsApp drives, launches and lead-generation activities.
- Work with the creative/content team to execute campaigns effectively.
- Track responses, enquiries and learnings.

4. Social Media & Brand Visibility

- Coordinate with design, video and content teams to maintain consistent digital visibility.
- Identify content, collaboration and influencer opportunities.
- Ensure our activities and events translate into relevant online visibility.

5. Community & Brand Growth

- Identify new communities, collaborations and local/digital opportunities for DRYOGA.
- Build relationships and bring current ideas for awareness, engagement and customer acquisition.
- Gradually move from executing assigned ideas to independently proposing and owning initiatives.

wellness or fitness
- Someone who takes initiative and enjoys turning ideas into action

Freshers are welcome. Experience in marketing, events, business development, hospitality, customer engagement, fitness, wellness, healthcare or education is an advantage, but not mandatory.

We value attitude, communication, initiative and ownership more than years on a resume.

HOW WILL WE MEASURE SUCCESS?

This is not primarily a hard-target sales role.

Success will be measured through Initiatives, Consistency, Follow ups, Commitment and Ownership.
