Research and map the large-format HORECA landscape in Bangalore and key metros to identify high-value market development opportunities

Support GTM and account-development strategy for fintech and commerce offerings targeted at enterprise HORECA clients

Drive market development and adoption of the company's fintech app, digital payments, and POS terminals — launched in partnership with India's largest licensed payments company — including onboarding journeys and merchant activation with the payments partner

Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing to inform business development and marketing decisions

Build and maintain a structured pipeline of large HORECA prospects, working with sales and partnerships teams from lead to full onboarding (including the fintech app and payments/POS offerings)

Develop marketing collateral and pitch materials for enterprise HORECA stakeholders, and coordinate campaigns, partner events, and activations that drive fintech/payments adoption





Maintain market and account data in CRM/reporting systems, and report progress and insights to the reporting manager on a regular cadence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field

1–3 years in market development, business analysis, marketing, or B2B sales support; fintech, digital payments, or HORECA/FMCG experience preferred

Strong analytical skills; comfort with market research and translating insights into recommendations

Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Hindi and/or Kannada a plus

Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides; familiarity with CRM systems preferred

Self-motivated and comfortable in a target-driven, cross-functional workplace

Based in or willing to be based in Bangalore.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
