JD FOR THE POST OF RECRUITER (SECURITY GUARDS) POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced Security guard recruitment executive dedicated to security guard recruitment only. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, with robust expertise in social media handling, job posting, and creating recruitment ads across multiple platforms and groups. This role is exclusively focused on hiring security guards to meet company requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Post security guards vacancies on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media platforms. · Coordinate and participate in Rojgar Mela/ Job Fairs. · Visit rural areas and local communities to source potential candidates. · Explain Job requirements, salary,



duty location and working conditions to candidates. · Coordinate interviews and joining of selected candidates. Maintain a database of potential security guards candidates. ELIGIBILITY · Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically for security guards. · Expertise in social media handling and job posting. · Strong communication skills in Hindi (Hands in local languages also preferred) · Minimum Graduation · Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.

SALARY · Attractive salary: 25000-30000 per month as per experience.
