Real Estate Sales Executive Job Title: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive Industry: Real Estate Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR Experience: 1–5 years in Real Estate Sales or relevant sales industries Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and networking. Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties. Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into successful bookings. Negotiate with clients and coordinate with internal teams to close deals.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, property prices, competitors, and new projects.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and booking process.

RequirementsGraduate or equivalent qualification preferred. 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales is preferred. Candidates from Banking, Finance, Insurance, Automobile, Telecom, or other sales industries can also apply. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality. Good knowledge of Delhi NCR real estate will be an advantage.

Compensation CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA attractive incentives Incentives: Performance-based, with high earning potential.
