Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide a positive experience
Sales: Process payments, take orders, and help customers make purchases
Inventory: Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and place orders
Cleanliness: Keep the counter and showroom clean and organized
Communication: Collaborate with other team members and communicate operation details
Follow up: Follow up on orders to prevent delays
Reporting: Report complaints or operation issues to management
Opening and closing: Participate in opening and closing duties
