Responsibilities
Source and recruit healthcare professionals for US staffing requirements.
Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, and qualifications.
Manage candidate pipelines through ATS and recruitment platforms.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
Work with hiring teams to understand requirements and submission priorities.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.




Experience recruiting US healthcare specialists such as RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, and other clinical roles.
Familiarity with CEIPAL, LinkedIn, Indeed, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar ATS/recruitment platforms.
Solid sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of US healthcare staffing and recruitment processes.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and meet recruitment goals.
Immediate joiners preferred.
