The role ensures accurate stock management, smooth material flow to production, compliance with safety standards, and effective utilization of storage space. Key Responsibilities
Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO inventory practices are followed.
Coordinate material movement between stores, production, and dispatch departments.
Supervise loading, unloading, and warehouse operations.
Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification.
Maintain GRN, MRN, stock registers, issue slips, and dispatch documentation.
Update inventory transactions in SAP/ERP systems.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly inventory reports.
Lead and supervise store staff, operators, and helpers.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, ISO, and safety standards.
Monitor housekeeping, fire safety, and pest control within the warehouse.
