? Urgent Hiring | Manager – SRT | Government Advisory / Investment Promotion

Location: Lucknow | Work Mode: In-Office

Experience: 7+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SRT) / Performance Improvement & Restructuring Services (PI&RS;) qualified to support Government Advisory and Investment Promotion engagements.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead Investment Promotion and Government Advisory engagements.
- Drive investor outreach, investment facilitation and stakeholder management.
- Execute transaction/project advisory assignments end-to-end, including business cases, market/marketing collaterals and bid process management.
- Advise on government policies, investment incentives and investment facilitation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Lead teams, review deliverables and ensure high-quality project execution.
- Drive engagements toward successful closure while managing multiple priorities.

? Required Skills

- 7+ years of relevant experience in Investment Promotion / Government Advisory / Investment Facilitation.
- Experience in investor outreach, investment decisions,



policy understanding and incentives facilitation.
- Exposure to Transaction Advisory / Project Advisory is preferred.
- Strong report writing, analytical and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of government policies.
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong team leadership and project management capabilities.

? Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Engineering with MBA/PGDM/CA preferred.

? Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Investment Promotion Agencies, Government Advisory/Consulting, Public Sector Advisory, Investment Facilitation or Transaction Advisory.
