Job Description:
Raising Funds Via Capital Markets Commercial paper / NCD/MLD/ICD
Renewal / Addition to Existing Banking Line /Current Bank Lines via WCL/Term Loan
Securitization/Direct Assignment
Rating Agencies Relationship Management including providing data.
Investor Relationship Management including providing data
Surplus/Liquidity Management – Investment in MF / T-Bills
Diversification/ Adding Current set of investors
Punching and Settlement of Primary and secondary trades.
Knowledge of Electronic Bidding Mechanism for Primary issuances.
MIS Reporting
Preparing Bank proposals for raising funds including providing periodic data as per the requirement
Investor/ALCO Presentation to be made.




Relationship management with market brokers and DCM teams
Regulatory RBI/SEBI requirement to be furnished if any.
Handling of Internal/Statutory/RBI audits pertaining to treasury.
Knowledge and dealing of derivatives

Job Skills:-
Ability to handle pressure, do multi-tasking, Proactive, qualitative approach and problem
Solving along with valuable analytical skills
Ensure timeliness and meeting of raising funds at minimal notice
Self-Starter (i e. ability to identify challenges & opportunities and take initiatives)
CA/MBA with 3to 5 years of experience
