Role Description The Manager Management Information Systems and Workforce Management role is an in office position based in Chandigarh, India. This role is responsible for overseeing MIS reporting, ensuring data accuracy, and developing dashboards and performance metrics to support strategic and operational decision-making. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast workforce requirements, optimize staffing levels, and improve resource allocation across business units.





Day-to-day activities include analyzing operational data, preparing regular and ad hoc reports for senior leadership, coordinating with finance and IT teams to integrate data sources, and implementing process improvements in reporting and workforce planning. The role also involves monitoring compliance with internal controls, supporting automation initiatives, and mentoring team members in data analytics and MIS best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS), including reporting tools, dashboards, and database management.
- Knowledge of Finance concepts to align workforce planning and MIS reporting with budgeting, cost control, and performance metrics.
- Understanding of Information Technology, including data integration, system workflows, and collaboration with IT teams on tools and automation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or operations management in a large, multi-location organization.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) are highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving process improvements.
