We at JoshiJampala Engg. Pvt. Ltd., Satara, are currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified HR Manager to join our team.

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the human resources function within our organization.

With a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing HR operations and implementing effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for recent hires.
- Implement and maintain an effective performance management system, including performance appraisals, coaching, and feedback.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and other activities to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.




- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR-related documentation and records.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Proficient in HR software and systems.
- Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred but not required.
