Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi for a Manager – Grants, Government, PSU & Philanthropic Partnerships. The manager will identify, develop, and manage partnerships with government departments, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and philanthropic organizations to support Veterans India’s mission and programs. Daily responsibilities include researching funding opportunities, drafting grant proposals, preparing concept notes, and developing detailed project plans aligned with donor requirements.

The role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating meetings and presentations, and ensuring timely communication and reporting to partners. The manager will oversee grant compliance, monitor project implementation in coordination with program teams,



track budgets, and prepare periodic impact and financial reports. Additional tasks include contributing to fundraising strategies, maintaining partnership databases, and supporting outreach events and campaigns that advance nationalistic and patriotic initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in grant writing, proposal development, and donor reporting for government, PSU, CSR, or philanthropic funding.
- Proven ability to build and manage partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, institutional donors, and community organizations.
- Skills in project planning, monitoring, and evaluation, with the ability to align activities and budgets to grant requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and additional Indian languages is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of the development sector, social impact initiatives, or nation-building and civic engagement programs.
- Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear proposals and reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, with high levels of integrity, discipline, and accountability.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, Management, or a related field; relevant experience in similar roles is preferred.
- Comfort with on-site work in West Delhi, including occasional travel for meetings, events, and field visits.
