About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and proactive fresher to join Dex as a Management Trainee.

The role will involve software implementation, user account management, client coordination, onboarding and onsite support. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of Dex’s SaaS solutions.

This is a non-technical role. Candidates from any educational background can apply. Basic knowledge of Manual Testing/QA will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Support software implementation and deployment at client locations.

· Manage and coordinate user accounts, access and onboarding.

· Assist with client coordination, user training and product demonstrations.

· Understand client requirements and support configuration of workflows.

· Coordinate with technical and operations teams for issue resolution.

· Maintain implementation records, user details,



feedback and issue logs.

· Support clients during go-live and post-implementation.

· Travel to client locations for implementation and support activities.

· Freshers with strong communication skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication.

· Confident, presentable and comfortable interacting with clients.

· Comfortable with frequent travel and onsite work.

· Good coordination, problem-solving and follow-up skills.

· Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

· Basic computer and software knowledge.

· Manual Testing / QA knowledge is an added advantage, not mandatory.

· Non-technical educational background is welcome.

Pay: ₹297,042.87 - ₹534,023.60 per year
