INTERCERT is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Systems Coordinator (MSC) to join our Operations team.

If you have experience in ISO Management Systems, Certification Bodies, Audit Coordination, Compliance, Quality Management, or Management System Consulting, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate certification and surveillance audits with clients and auditors
- Manage audit schedules, plans, certification timelines and client communication
- Review audit reports and certification documentation
- Maintain certification records, databases and operational documents
- Coordinate with auditors for timely submission of reports
- Support accreditation assessments and ISO 17021 requirements
- Prepare certification decisions and management reports
- Handle client queries throughout the certification lifecycle
- Support process improvement and operational activities

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering,



Business Management or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Certification Bodies, Compliance, Quality Management, Management System Consulting or related areas
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 22000, ISO 17021 or related standards
- ISO Management System certification/training will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, coordination and documentation skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
