As a Managed Services - SEC Perpetual Finance - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing outsourced processes, including client and customer interaction, data review, enrichment, and processing, while implementing and monitoring quality controls and resolving escalations and queries. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your skills to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency for our clients by managing key processes and functions on their behalf.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work and embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpret data to inform insights and recommendations,

Responsibilities

- Executing outsourced processes including client and customer interaction, data review, and processing
- Implementing and monitoring quality controls to maintain service standards
- Resolving escalations and queries efficiently to support client satisfaction
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance process optimization and service delivery
- Conducting compliance reviews and audits to uphold regulatory standards
- Reviewing and verifying financial documents to support accurate reporting
- Managing service levels and performance metrics to meet client expectations
- Developing process documentation to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Engaging in contract and legal document reviews to support managed services
- Collaborating with teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
