As a Managed Services - SEC Perpetual Finance - Manager, you will engage in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will execute key processes such as client interaction, data review, and quality control implementation. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others.

You will navigate complex situations, develop your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver services that meet client needs. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Executing outsourced processes including client and customer interaction, data review, and process optimization
- Implementing and monitoring quality controls to maintain service standards
- Resolving escalations and queries efficiently to support client satisfaction
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Developing and documenting process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Managing service level agreements and confirming compliance with established guidelines
- Conducting compliance reviews and audits to uphold skilled and technical standards
- Engaging in contract and legal document review to support managed services delivery
- Collaborating with teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver quality service

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
