Lead the presales design process by understanding client requirements and delivering creative layouts and presentations.
Prepare and ensure timely submission of GFC drawings, working drawings, and execution-ready design documentation.
Drive material approvals and coordinate with Projects, Procurement, and MEP teams.
Lead, mentor, and manage the design team to achieve performance and project goals.
Ensure design completion within 15–20 days and obtain timely client approvals.
Deliver designs within approved project budgets through value engineering and smart material selection.
Finalize BOQs, specifications, and long-lead material requirements for procurement.
Maintain high standards of design quality, detailing, and execution readiness.
Build solid client relationships and ensure a minimum 80% client satisfaction.
Experience in Commercial Interior Projects is a must

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
