Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to enquiries and potential leads.
Explain course/program details clearly and professionally.
Follow up regularly with interested students/clients.
Maintain proper call logs, follow-up records, and daily reports.
Handle incoming calls and resolve basic queries.
Convert enquiries into walk-ins and admissions (as applicable).
Use WhatsApp, email, and calling tools for communication.
Maintain quality, clarity, and politeness in every interaction.
Coordinate with the counsellor/management team for updates.
Support front office and counselling activities when required.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience.
Solid verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, email handling).
Ability to maintain records and follow-up discipline.
Positive attitude, confidence, and reliability.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
