- Perform breakdown maintenance, preventative maintenance, and CNC machine shop maintenance on Fanuc control machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with VMC (Very Micro Computer) systems and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement changes as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to detect potential problems before they become major issues.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of CNC maintenance, including programming and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with Fanuc controls is required; familiarity with other brands may be an asset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
