Position: Maintenance Assistant Manager

No. of Positions: 1

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering

Experience: 5–6 years in Automotive / Manufacturing Industry

Salary: ₹45,000–₹50,000 per month

/ Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machines and utilities.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements for higher efficiency.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team while ensuring adherence to safety practices.
- Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 requirements.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and utilities.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motors, and industrial automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
- Knowledge of TPM, 5S, and Maintenance Planning.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive/manufacturing environment.
