Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment to ensure secure, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. The role involves machine setup, routine inspections, process monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining production records. The ideal candidate will adhere to safety and quality standards, support continuous improvement initiatives, and be willing to work in shifts to meet production targets.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience operating manufacturing machinery. Experience in tube mill operations will be preferred.

Qualification: ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or equivalent trade).

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, operate, and monitor production machines as per standard operating procedures.




- Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure product conformity.
- Carry out basic troubleshooting and promptly report equipment issues to the maintenance team.
- Maintain production logs and records accurately.
- Follow production schedules while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
- Assist in machine changeovers, cleaning, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Willing to work in shifts.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in machine operation and interpretation of work instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of quality control procedures and shop-floor safety practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
