Role Description The Life Coaching Program Co-ordinator - Intern is a full-time, hybrid role based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for some work from home. This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of UCF’s coaching programs and the “Coaching to Launching” framework. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing training schedules, managing participant communication, coordinating evaluations and coaching sessions,



and maintaining accurate program documentation.

The intern will assist coaches and trainers with logistics, gather feedback from participants, prepare reports on program progress, and help ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve program processes and support marketing and outreach activities related to coaching initiatives.

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and influential skills.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Training and facilitation.
- Interest or experience in program coordination, education, or learning and development.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Pursuing or holding a degree/diploma in psychology, counseling, human resources, management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, online meeting platforms) and willingness to learn UCF systems.
