Role Description This full-time, on-site Legal Executive – Corporate and Commercial role is based in Jaipur. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and vetting a wide range of legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to real estate and corporate commercial activities.

The Legal

Executive will provide legal support and advice to internal stakeholders on property transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with external counsel, ensuring timely completion of conveyancing and registration processes, and maintaining accurate legal records and documentation.



The role also requires monitoring legal risks, staying updated on relevant laws and regulations, and supporting management in negotiations and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law with a focus on corporate and commercial matters, including real estate and property-related issues.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, contracts, and legal notices.
- Ability to provide transparent, practical Legal Advice to internal stakeholders on transactions, compliance, and dispute risk management.
- Knowledge of Property Law and Conveyancing processes, including title due diligence, registration, and documentation for real estate projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); additional specialization in corporate or real estate law is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or real estate legal work, preferably in the real estate or infrastructure sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
