Role Overview

You will work closely with pharmaceutical subject matter experts, faculty, and the PAGE team to convert technical knowledge into trainer-ready and learner-friendly content. Key outputs will include PowerPoint presentations, learning materials, LMS/e-learning modules, assessments, case studies, and other digital learning assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Learning content development: Create trainer-ready PowerPoint presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, case studies, and digital learning assets.
- SME & faculty collaboration: Convert technical inputs from subject matter experts and trainers into accurate, relevant, and easy-to-understand learning content.
- Digital learning & LMS: Develop and manage LMS-ready modules, assessments, and learning resources, including upload, testing, and periodic maintenance.
- Presentation & multimedia design: Use diagrams, process flows, visuals, videos, and animations to simplify complex technical concepts and improve learning.
- Content management:



Maintain PAGE's learning-content repository, version control, and updates based on faculty, learner, and program feedback.

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Travel Requirement: ~20%

Compensation: As per industry standards

Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline. Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related discipline preferred. Relevant design or education backgrounds may also be considered.
- Experience: 0-5 years in learning content development, instructional design, e-learning, technical content development, or a related role. Pharmaceutical/life sciences content or training experience is an advantage.

Skills:

- Advanced MS PowerPoint skills and the ability to create trainer-ready decks from technical inputs.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms; familiarity with Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools is an advantage.
- Ability to understand and simplify complex scientific or technical content without compromising accuracy.
- Robust communication, documentation, and collaboration skills for working with subject matter experts and trainers.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for content research, ideation, and production, with appropriate verification of technical accuracy.
