Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.
- Manage and support containerized applications in Kubernetes environments.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for architecture reviews, solution design, and implementation.
- Monitor production systems, handle incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive service reliability improvements.
- Automate operational tasks and enhance existing tooling and workflows.
- Leverage observability platforms including Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, and Splunk.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain reliable microservices-based applications.
- Develop infrastructure automation using Python, Shell Scripting, or Groovy.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Participate in on-call support rotations.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve incident management, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational efficiency.
- Apply AI/ML and GenAI capabilities in DevOps/SRE workflows, including log analysis, anomaly detection, intelligent RCA, and automated runbooks.
