We are hiring a Senior Technical Lead for our client Morgan Stanley to serve as the regional delivery anchor for a follow-the-sun DevSecOps program. You will lead a localized cross-functional pod of engineers and data scientists across ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning, ensuring continuous 24-hour delivery velocity in a highly regulated enterprise setting.

- Deep expertise in Python

- Hands-on CI/CD ecosystem experience
- Complete technical ownership of system architecture, performance, and security
- Experience performing secure code reviews
- Ability to mentor engineers and provide creative technical direction
- Upper-intermediate English communication skills

- Lead a localized cross-functional pod of engineers and data scientists
- Ensure continuous feature momentum across a 24-hour delivery cycle




- Facilitate seamless shift hand-offs with peer leads across multiple time zones
- Oversee ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning workstreams
- Act as the primary regional escalation point for technical challenges
- Perform secure code reviews and provide technical guidance
- Guide infrastructure architecture and ensure system structural integrity, performance, and security
