Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Java Developer role based in Trivandrum.

The Java

Developer will work as part of the development team to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications.





Responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, troubleshooting software issues, writing efficient and reusable code, performing unit testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. The ideal candidate will be involved in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

- 12+ years of backend development experience with Java/J2EE.
- 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
- Proven success building microservices and Spring Boot applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on cloud experience (Azure/OpenShift).
- Strong CI/CD, DevOps, and automation expertise.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.
