Salesforce Senior Developer / Technical Lead

Hiring Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Noida, Trivandrum, Kochi

Must-Have Skills

- 8–9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including technical leadership of complex Salesforce implementations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, sharing rules, governor limits, and design patterns.
- Experience with Trigger Frameworks, asynchronous processing, large-data-volume (LDV) patterns, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and secure integration patterns.
- Proven experience providing technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and coordinating onshore/offshore development teams.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD, including Git-based source control, automated testing, and deployment/release pipelines.
- Experience delivering solutions across Salesforce Clouds, particularly Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, Lightning Pages, and Dynamic Forms.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other ceremonies.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical designs, trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and production impacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience Range

- 8–9 years of overall Salesforce development experience.
- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership of Salesforce development teams and complex implementations.
- Hands-on development experience should include Apex, LWC, Flows, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, integrations, and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and asynchronous processing.
- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and ensure adherence to coding, architectural, security, and development standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and drive best practices across the development team.




- Design and manage Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, CDC, and native Salesforce integration capabilities.
- Drive development across Salesforce Core, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data 360/Data Cloud, and related platforms where applicable.
- Collaborate with Data 360, MuleSoft, data governance, testing, security, and source-system teams to resolve cross-workstream technical challenges.
- Optimize Apex, Flows, SOQL queries, integrations, Lightning performance, batch processing, data loads, and LDV operations.
- Guide team members in developing Lightning Pages, Dynamic Forms, and automated Flows.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and Salesforce release management.
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and lead root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Ensure appropriate test coverage, unit testing, regression testing, and continuous integration practices.
- Participate in and drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features and adoption strategies to improve platform capabilities.
- Act as a technical point of contact for onshore/offshore coordination and stakeholder communication.
- Communicate technical solutions, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
