Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist- Performance Marketing

Job location: Sector 66, Gurugram, Haryana

Experience Required: 2+ years

Work Setup & Schedule

- Mon & Tue (Office + WFH): 4:00 PM – 11:30 PM from Office (includes free dinner); remaining hours from home.
- Wed – Fri (Office + WFH): 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM core hours; remaining hours flexible from home.
- Saturdays (Alternate WFH): Work from home on the 1st & 3rd Saturday only. All other weekends off.

About the RoleWe are looking for a Performance Marketing professional with strong Lead Generation experience and hands-on expertise in Ad Account Selling/Advertising Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid media, lead generation campaigns, client acquisition, and performance-driven advertising.

Key Responsibilities





- Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Generate qualified leads while maintaining optimal CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Have hands-on experience in selling ad accounts, advertising solutions, or performance marketing services to clients.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business and advertising requirements.
- Pitch and sell ad accounts, media buying solutions, performance marketing services, and campaign packages.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies based on client objectives and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with creative, sales, and account management teams to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, policies, targeting options, and performance marketing trends.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, Paid Media, or Digital Advertising.
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience is an advantage.
- Prior experience in Ad Account Selling / Advertising Account Sales / Performance Marketing Service Sales is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, ROAS, and campaign optimization.
- Strong communication, pitching, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
