Looking for a Lead full stack Engineer who can lead the end to end development for Acoustic bearing detection product for Railway Tech start up.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end to end software architecture and technical roadmap.
- Lead development from design through deployment and production support.
- Drive architecture, code quality, engineering processes, and technical decisions.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team across backend, ML, DSP, frontend, and DevOps.
- Design scalable edge to cloud systems for sensor data processing and analytics.
- Support field deployments, validation, and performance improvement.
- Work closely with customer, domain experts, and stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- 4 -10 years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Solid in backend engineering using Java or Python.
- Strong in API development, Distributed systems, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Good to have experience in Industrial data systems like timeseries and sensor data or Real-time data processing or Edge-to-cloud architectures.
